Founder of TIEBREAK:

Mark Plotyczer was a student-athlete at the University of Essex - MSc Marketing and Brand Management - and a professional volleyball player for over 15 years. He left his home country at the age of 19 and lived in several countries in Europe and the Middle East. An Olympic athlete, he was part of the British national team for 5 years and competed in the London 2012 Olympics. He was the championship coach of the Super League in England and the assistant coach of the University of Essex team. He worked at the Rio 2016 Olympics as a media manager and is responsible for the executive and recruitment aspects of TIEBREAK
